Cancellation

The Lash Lair requires at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment changes, including cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments may be modified online up to 48 hours in advance. Any changes within 48 hours must be communicated directly via text message to 816-853-9545. Failure to provide proper notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service total. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Some services require a deposit or full prepayment. These payments are non-refundable but may be transferred or rescheduled one time. Any additional changes will result in the forfeiture of the deposit or prepayment.
